"Double Tap" a Parigi (day 6)

E' il Disneyland day, ovvero il motivo principale del nostro ritorno a Parigi. Siamo talmente eccitati (rettifichiamo, l'Ale è talmente eccitata...) che sbagliamo anche a prendere la metro, accorgendoci solo dopo una buona mezz'ora che il "bivio" scelto della linea era quello sbagliato. Avevamo il 50% di possibilità...

It's the Disneyland day, which is the main reason for ourcome back  to Paris. We are so excited (no, sorry, Ale is so excited ... ) and realize after half an hour that we have chosen the wrong subway.  We are not going to Disneyland...

Quando finalmente un buon uomo che ci vede sorridere con in mano i biglietti e ci dice "non vorrei rovinare l'idillio, ma temo abbiate sbagliato treno..." capiamo che è il caso di scendere, tornare indietro e prendere quello giusto. Insomma, invece dei canonici 45 minuti di treno impieghiamo quasi un'ora e mezza per raggiungere Disneyland. Ma poi...

Finally a good man breaks our smile saying, " I do not want to ruin the romance but I'm forced to say that you have taken the wrong train ... " . In short, instead of 45 minutes it takes us nearly an hour and a half to get to Disneyland. But then...

Arrivati nel parco (e scoperto che ci lavorano decine di italiani...) la magia ti coinvolge.

Once in the park ( and discovered dozens of Italians who work there ... ) you are involved in the magic.

Il parco è suddiviso in quattro aree tematiche, noi decidiamo di cominciare la nostra avventura dal far-west

The park is divided into four thematic areas , we decided to start our adventure from the far-west

dove c'è anche una mini riproduzione di Santa Fe, città simbolo del New Mexico.

Noi abbiamo scelto l'originale parco Disney invece del più avventuroso Walt Disney Studios: saranno non più di tre-quattro le giostre per i "grandi"...

We have chosen the original Disney park instead of the more adventurous Walt Disney Studios even if there are not more than three or four rides for adults.

come del resto è stato anche al Disneyland di Los Angeles.

ma tra personaggi disneiani che ti passano di fianco, negozi di souvenir e ovviamente giostre, il tempo vola...

but when you are close to disney's characters time flies...

Adrenalina? Certo, anche quella. Nello space mountain, una montagna russa al coperto talmente bella che "l'anti giostre" di nome Marco vorrà fare addirittura il bis.

Adrenaline? Sure. At the space mountain, an indoor roller coaster so beautiful that "the against-rides" named Marco even wants to do it again.

Il momento più bello? La parata delle ore 17, con tutti i personaggi disney che sfilano su enormi carri in mezzo alla folla.

The most beautiful moment? The parade of 5 o'clock pm, with all the Disney's characters parading on huge chariots through the crowd.

e ovviamente l'Ale piange. C'erano dubbi?

Decidiamo di restare nel parco anche per la cena. Nella "zona - ristoranti" chiamiamola così, ce ne sono tantissimi ed ognuno ha suo tema. Noi optiamo dopo una lunga riflessione per l'"americano" Planet Hollywood dove ci gustiamo un ottimo burger. La giornata a Disney non poteva concludersi meglio...

We decide to stay in the park also for dinner. In the "restaurants area" there are so many restaurants and each has its own theme. We opt after a long reflection for the "american" Planet Hollywood where we enjoy a great burger. The day at Disney couldn't have ended better.
